Super glad that I had found Dreamcore for my first PC at the recent COMEX fair. The other competitors hadn’t appealed to me as much, despite their name brands, because of (1) the cost that didn’t justify the inferior specs, (2) not as friendly/helpful sales people, and (3) no added offers considering it was an IT fair.

There were some hiccups in the initial delivery of the build and rectification of it; however, I’m pleased by the professionalism when their co-founder, Eugene, personally stepped in to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s hard to find such after-sales service nowadays.

Extremely satisfied with their service and products. Dreamcore constantly update us on the timeline and status of GPU shipment. Customer service and hotline is responsive and friendly. Strongly recommend Dreamcore!”

Fast forward to 2023. One of the Comp had an issue and Dreamcore was fast to fix it. I like their customer service as they always go an extra mile to get it fixed. Hey, comp definitely have issue from time to time. Hence the most impt thing is a responsive customer service right!?

They are extremely patient, and I got replies even when the user of the WhatsApp number was not in Singapore.
